At imprint. curation studio, we keep our process simple by design. Every experience begins with alignment, not logistics—and unfolds with care, clarity, and intention.
DISCOVERY
A complimentary conversation to explore alignment.
We begin with a discovery call to understand your why—what you're honoring, how you want the moment to feel, and who it's for.
This is not a sales call. It's a conversation to determine whether imprint. is the right partner for what you're envisioning.
If it feels aligned, we'll outline next steps. If not, we'll say so honestly.
CURATION RETAINER
Securing your date and beginning experience design.
When we decide to move forward, a Curation Retainer is required to reserve your experience date and initiate design work.
This retainer:
- Secures your date on our calendar
- Compensates for creative and strategic development
- Initiates the creation of your Curation Experience Plan
The retainer is credited toward your total investment if you move forward.
CURATION EXPERIENCE PLAN
Your vision, thoughtfully translated into a cohesive experience.
We develop a tailored plan that brings your vision to life with intention and clarity.
Your plan may include:
- Design direction and aesthetic approach
- Experience flow (arrival, focal moments, close)
- Key design elements and details
- Scope of services
- Preliminary investment outline
You'll receive and keep this plan—whether or not you choose to proceed.
PLAN REVIEW & FINAL QUOTE
A guided walkthrough and clear investment.
We review your Curation Experience Plan together, answer questions, and confirm scope.
If you choose to move forward:
- A deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is required to proceed
- The deposit is due within 48 hours of plan approval
- Once received, your experience moves into active production.
FINAL PAYMENT
Ensuring a seamless execution.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your experience date.
This allows us to finalize details, confirm vendors, and execute with care—without distraction or disruption.
THE EXPERIENCE
You arrive. Everything else is handled.
On the day of your experience, imprint. manages setup, execution, and flow—so you can remain present and fully engaged in the moment.
This is where our work becomes invisible. And your experience becomes unforgettable.
